December Announcements

1.   This coming Wednesday, December 8, is the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. It is a Holiday of Obligation. We have the following Masses:

7:00 am  /  12:15 at noon  /  6:00 pm  /  7:00 pm

2.   We have moved the Christmas Bazaar Garage Sale on December 11 and 12, next Saturday and Sunday. We are still accepting donations of old and used items like clothes, shoes, furnitures and kitchenwares.

3.   The Christmas Parol and Ball that you have offered last Sunday are now placed on the trees around the Church and on our Giant Christmas tree in front of the Church. Please continue to offer the Parol and Ball so that we can fill up the trees on Christmas day.

4.   Please continue to support the Club 100. Contact your area coordinators regarding its dynamics.

5.   We have already tested the functioning of our Air-conditioning units this past week. There is a slight problem with regards to the noise of the units. Hopefully we will be able to resolve it so that all units will be fully functional by December 15, the first day of our Simbang Gabi.

6.   We are launching the official website of our Parish. You will find it on www.sjbparishsantarosa.org Visit our website for you to be informed of our parish events and activities.

Parish Website Launch

Our new  Parish website may be viewed in the internet at the following address:

It contains a short history of the Parish, its vision-mission, the different ministries, a picture gallery and the parish services.

One of its most important features is the “announcement of the different activities and projects of the Parish.” 

We hope that through this improved communication between the Parish and the parishioners, you may not only participate in the activities but also be involved in the different ministries.

On December 19, 2010 (Sunday), the King of Kings Diagnostic Center will conduct Medical examinations. It will be from 6:00 am to 10:00 am only.

Relaunching of Club 100

THE PARISH PASTORAL COUNCIL IS RELAUNCHING  “CLUB 100”

It aims to raise the needed funds for various parish improvement projects.

Club 100 Kits with 4 envelopes are available through your respective Area Coordinators.

The contributions will be duly noted and recorded accordingly. A short note acknowledging receipt of the contribution will be given to the contributor each month.

Garage Sale / Christmas Bazaar

The Garage Sale / Christmas Bazaar will be on December 4 and 5 at JP II Hall in the Parish.

You may bring your donations to our Parish office or have your donations picked up starting November 9, 2010.
